Why we will not let you sign up online
There is no self-service checkout on this site, and that is deliberate. An explanation of what the audit call is actually for.

Almost every software company wants you to sign up without speaking to anyone. We deliberately do the opposite: you book a 15-minute call, we audit the site you have now, and only then do we send a checkout link.
People reasonably ask why we would add friction to our own funnel. Three reasons.
1. Half the plan choice depends on things you cannot see yet
Seats and credits are easy to pick. Whether you need multilingual, whether you have enough traffic for A/B testing to mean anything, whether your content needs migrating or rewriting — those are judgement calls that need your actual site on screen. Guessing them at checkout produces a plan that is wrong in one direction or the other.
2. We would rather turn work away early than badly
Some businesses do not need us. If you get all your work through one referral partner and your site is a formality, a managed growth platform is not going to change your month. We say so on the call. That is cheaper for everyone than a refund in week three.
3. The build is real work, and it starts immediately
This is not a login and a trial. Payment triggers a build: design, content, chatbot training on your documents, domain migration. Work that starts on day one has to be scoped on day zero.
What the call is not
It is not a demo with slides, and there is no second call with a closer. We open your current site, walk the path a customer takes, and name the pages where enquiries leak. You keep those findings whether or not you buy anything.
