Why can I not just sign up and pay right now?
Because we would be guessing. Every plan we sell is fitted on a 15-minute audit call, and the checkout link we send afterwards is for the tier we agreed. It also means we never take money from someone we cannot actually help.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Nothing breaks. You top up with a one-off pack from the table above, and the credits land in your balance immediately. If it keeps happening we will suggest moving a tier rather than selling you packs forever.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No setup fee and no minimum term. Cancel from Billing & Settings in your dashboard and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
Who owns the site if I leave?
You own your domain and your copy, and you can export your leads to CSV at any point. The platform itself — the multi-tenant engine, the CRM and the AI layer — stays hosted on our infrastructure.
Who handles tax and invoicing?
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for kitagency.co, so VAT and sales tax are calculated, collected and remitted by them. Your invoices come from Paddle.
