When we run the website and the software ourselves, the CMS, forms, CRM, analytics, booking and publishing all sit on our own stack, so the work takes less time. We pass that saving on instead of billing marketing and software as two separate products.

Shorts, stories and page allowances are monthly totals. A bigger package replaces the smaller one's allowance rather than adding to it. Paid advertising is not included in any package.
How marketing and partnership retainers work
- Billed monthly, in advance.
- An initial 3-month commitment applies.
- After the first 3 months, services continue month to month with 30 days' written cancellation notice.
- Scope, onboarding, payment methods, exclusions and any additional expenses are confirmed in a signed service agreement.
- One managed marketing retainer per business and location. Retainers cannot be stacked to raise content allowances; larger volume means a higher package or a custom scope.
- Paid advertising spend, if any, is separate.
- No guaranteed rankings, leads, views or ROI.
Software plans keep their own terms: month to month, no minimum term, and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

Questions
The ones we get on every call
Why can I not just sign up and pay right now?
Because we would be guessing. Every plan we sell is fitted on a 15-minute audit call, and the invoice we send afterwards is for the tier we agreed. It also means we never take money from someone we cannot actually help.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Nothing breaks. You top up with a one-off pack from the table above, and the credits land in your balance immediately. If it keeps happening we will suggest moving a tier rather than selling you packs forever.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
There is no setup fee on anything. Software plans have no minimum term: email sales@kitagency.co and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Managed Marketing and Complete Growth Partnership retainers start with a 3-month commitment, then run month to month with 30 days' written notice.
Do I need a KIT website to hire you for marketing?
No. Managed Marketing works with the website you already have. Content Engine and Marketing Growth are service retainers, not software subscriptions, so there is nothing to migrate and no software plan to buy.
Does a software plan include content updates or marketing?
No. Software plans include hosting and technical platform maintenance, and you can edit your own words and pictures in the CMS whenever you like. Ongoing content creation and marketing campaign management are separate services: Managed Marketing or a Complete Growth Partnership.
Do I pay for a software plan on top of a Growth Partnership?
No. Growth Partner, Revenue Engine and Enterprise Growth include the managed website and Scale-level software capabilities inside the retainer. There is no separate subscription.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No. Local SEO is ongoing work to improve how you show up in local search, not a promise to rank first on Google. No plan or package guarantees rankings, leads, views or ROI, and paid advertising spend is always separate.
Who owns the site if I leave?
You own your domain and your copy, and you can export your leads to CSV at any point. The platform stays on our infrastructure: the multi-tenant engine, the CRM and the AI layer.
Who handles tax and invoicing?
We invoice you directly from Karki Innovative Technologies. Software plans are paid by bank transfer, and most clients use Wise or Remitly because the fees and the exchange rate beat a normal international transfer. For marketing and partnership retainers, payment methods are set out in the service agreement. Any tax that applies in your country is shown on the invoice.
